How to book?
After you have filled the form you receive our e-mail with several offers for the dates you require with our suggestions. Once you’ve decided you will write us your choice and we will send you all the requirements for the reservation

How do you manage the information I send you by form or fax?
Any information you send us is under respect of Italian law number 675/96 regarding personal privacy and may be used only by the personnel responsible for this activity and not divulged anyway

In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the rentals not refunded if you cancel

The prices are for apartment or for room of hotel
What we have to do when we arrive in Venice to go to the apartment?
You have to call our operator at the number of mobile phone received by e-mail and to go at the meeting point communicated you; you’ll go to the apartment with him/her

We don’t need documents; by Italian law it’s necessary you fill up a form with particulars of your passport.
It’s possible to use the Credit cards?
Yes, it’s possible to use the Credit Cards as guarantee the reservation
It’s possible to use the bank transfer to pay?
Yes it’s possible but we don’t suggest because Italian Bank services are very expensive and are non included in our prices
